As Chief of Staff at Folio, you’ll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to drive operational excellence across sales, finance, and company-wide initiatives—helping shape our next stage of growth and building the foundation for scale.

What excites you

  • 3-6 total years of experience, ideally a combination of management consulting, finance, and/or private equity plus experience in high-growth environments (e.g., startup internships or full-time work, starting your own company).

  • You have no problem rolling up your sleeves to get the job done, no matter how tactical or operational, and approach even the smallest tasks from a strategic perspective

  • You love fast-paced environments; you’re resourceful, proactive, and don’t wait around for someone else to fix things. Adapting to the needs of an organization, filling in to maximize impact. No week looks the same.

  • Building high-impact materials — proposals, decks, pricing models, and projections — that help close deals and support customer conversations, and serve as long-term assets to the organization

  • Build a best-in-class GTM engine, helping with customer segmentation, pricing, and positioning, and help align Sales, Marketing, and Product to convert and scale customer adoption more rapidly. Implement the best tooling to manage, report on and accelerate deal pipeline.

What excites us

  • 3–6 years of experience in consulting, business operations, finance, or a high-growth startup environment

  • Analytical horsepower — you’re comfortable modeling in Excel, finding trends in data, and drawing clear conclusions; ideally you can use SQL, too.

  • Strong organizational instincts and a bias for clarity, structure, and follow-through

  • Excellent communication skills and customer judgment — you know when to be scrappy and when polish matters

  • Entrepreneurial aspirations and excitement for the reality of what it takes to build and scale an early stage company

We're a remote-first company, with a hub of our technology team in San Francisco. Quarterly, we travel to work together in-person and stay with one of our hotel partners. You will have the opportunity to travel frequently and meet our customers in person
