We’re thrilled to introduce one of our most requested features: Auto-Coded Bills! From now on, with Folio Bills, Folio will automatically apply your spend categories to line items of new bills—no extra clicks required. As always, you will still need to review and verify the accuracy of Folio's logic.

With Auto-Coded Bills, Folio learns from how you code your spend on a per-supplier basis, and applies it instantly the moment a bill is uploaded. The result? Faster processing, fewer errors, and no more hours lost to manual data entry.

We’re continuously improving Folio. Here’s a few other changes that’ve shipped last week across our product suite!

• Pay: Improved Payment Approvals: Payment approval emails now include more info to help you make faster, smarter decisions.

• Pay: Richer Payment Notifications: Email alerts for payments, confirmations, and virtual card access have even more helpful details for finance teams.

• Bills: Clearer Bill Information: Bill detail titles have been updated, and the display of bills and Pending/Approved ERP invoice statuses has been made clearer.

• Bills: Better Denial Workflow: Success and error messages are more reliable and informative when denying bills without the required notes.

• Buy: Search Bug Fixes: Folio now keeps all your filters saved even as you update keywords when searching for products.

• Manager: Supplier Search Improvements: The supplier search experience is much more accurate, making it easier to find suppliers and link them with your ERP.

• Manager: Increased Supplier Controls: You can now toggle off linked suppliers and control Folio’s access to ordering, invoicing, and payments.
