This week, we’re excited to highlight Spend Reports! With Spend Reports, you can quickly access:
Usage Report - See product usage across your property, such as the quantities, spend, and supplier information.
Accrual Report - Slice item-level information by department, receipt status, and spend category.
Today, these reports are simple, flexible, and exportable from your Reports tab, in Settings. We're eager to give you the visibility and information you need to run the best possible operation. Let us know know what else you would like to be able to easily see!

Other recent updates
Buy: Orders are now automatically marked as received when their associated bills are approved, keeping your records accurate without manual updates.
Bills: Bill pages now auto-refresh when ERP transmission completes in the background, so you'll see status updates instantly without needing to manually refresh. We've also improved bill classification when automatically labeling bills as invoices or credit memos based on the amount.
Pay: We've added support for Workday as a payment integration making automated settlement and reconciliation a breeze for accounting and property teams.
Inventory: We've cleaned up the inventory snapshot interface with improved tab navigation and separated count displays from the submit button for a cleaner experience.
