As we expand our footprint across the hospitality industry, we’re looking for a Sales teammate, ideally with a deep network in the hotel world and a proven track record of sales success to help bring Folio to more hotels around the globe.

What excites you

  • You communicate clearly, build trust easily, and enjoy solving problems for customers

  • You’ve used HubSpot or a similar CRM to manage pipelines and track activity

  • Bonus! You’ve sold to hotel management companies, or you know your way around hospitality procurement or hotel finance

  • You’ve led the full sales cycle; sourcing leads, running demos, managing trials, and closing deals

  • You know how to build a healthy pipeline using a mix of outbound hustle, inbound follow-up, and long-standing industry relationships

  • You love crafting thoughtful, consultative demos that show hotel teams exactly how a product will solve their problems

  • You’ve partnered closely with Customer Success or Onboarding teams to make sure customers have a smooth experience post-sale

  • You get energy from meeting hotel teams in person—on-site, at conferences, or wherever real conversations happen

  • You’re always listening for feedback from the field and enjoy turning those insights into action; whether it’s product improvements or sharper messaging

  • You bring a strong network of hotel contacts

Working at Folio

  • We're a remote-first company. Each quarter, we travel to work together in person and stay with one of our hotel partners.

  • Day to day, we collaborate using Hubspot, Google Meet, Linear, Notion, and Slack to make decisions and move quickly as a team.

  • You’ll have the opportunity to travel frequently to meet customers face-to-face and represent Folio in the field.

  • We’re a small team that works collaboratively and meets daily for standup.
