Introducing Lightning Automations with Mr Greens, FreshPoint, and Edward Don & Company

Last week was an exciting week at Folio and the updates just keep coming! Today, we're thrilled to announce three new Lightning Automations now live on Folio:

• FreshPoint - foodservice produce disturber

• Edward Don - leading distributor of foodservice equipment and supplies

• Mr Greens - specializes in produce, imported goods, dairy and charcuterie

A Lightning Automation is Folio's proprietary way of connecting directly with supplier websites. It gives you a faster, more powerful purchasing experience.

• Access to the supplier’s complete catalog for your property

• Real-time inventory and pricing updates

• Bills: We've improved automatic extraction of payment information from supplier invoices, making Folio invoice transcription even more powerful and accurate than before.

• Pay: We've tweaked the display of payment statuses to provide clearer visibility into which bills have been paid and which are still awaiting payment processing.

• Manager: We've improved controls for managing linked lightning suppliers and refined the process for adding new suppliers directly to your property.

• Manager: Searching for suppliers is now more accurate with support for searching by supplier ID from your accounting system right within Folio.

• Buy: We've shipped a few automation improvements that significantly increase speed and reliability when working with fresh produce and specialty food suppliers.

• Buy: We improved handling of account status issues with improved detection of accounts on hold, plus flexible ordering that handles delivery minimums even more intelligently.
