Portfolio Activity now provides more visibility to multi-property operators

1 out of every 4 users on Folio is responsible for multiple properties. (Think: regional or corporate managers, finance professionals closing their books, or a centralized procurement team ordering on behalf of a portfolio.)

For those users, Portfolio Activity shares an aggregate view of activity across all orders, bills, payments, expenses, cards, and files. Say good-bye to toggling!

There, multi-property users can also take actions like:

Search for a specific order, bill, payment batch, expense, card or file
Prioritize the most important bills, using the familiar Needs Review filter
See the full queue of invoices Folio is processing at any moment
