Say Hello to Supplier Favorites

Today, we're thrilled to announce Supplier Favorites – a simple way to bring attention to the right suppliers when shopping.

Want your team to prioritize a priority distributor? Or highlight suppliers with special contracts, pricing or delivery terms?

With Supplier Favorites, preferred suppliers can be easily identified, so you can buy the right items from the right suppliers.

How it works:

• To favorite a supplier, use the Favorites toggle in the Suppliers tab.

• Favorite suppliers are then identified by a star in your Catalog. Easy!

This feature is especially useful when combined with Folio's Lightning Automations – making your favorite suppliers the most convenient to find and order from.

• Bills: We've updated bill processing with better denial validation and improved mobile navigation when uploading invoices, making invoice review and approval smoother no matter what device you’re on.

• Pay: We’ve removed the 2-day minimum for payment scheduling, giving you more flexibility and speed when sending funds.

• Pay: We’ve also added email notifications when withdrawing funds, bringing more visibility to the end-to-end payment flow.

• Manager: We’ve improved the warnings we display when suppliers don't support certain features.

• Manager: We’ve cleaned up the display of order, product, and bills totals when viewing suppliers on Folio.

• Buy: For Avendra customers, we've expanded supplier support with the addition of Plasticard, Standard Textile Co, Imprint Plus, and more. Updates now also handle brand-specific products more intelligently too.
