Folio takes big swings on new products, like Inventory, announced earlier this December.
But we’re not above the small, continual enhancements that really punch above their weight to make day-to-day work faster and easier for our people: you!
This week, we wanted to let you know all coding drop-downs in Folio now support text search. I’ve already seen one “happy dance” from a Corporate Director of Purchasing when describing his joyful discovery of the feature.
The benefit? At Cart, you can more easily find the spend category you’re looking for. If you manage multiple properties, you can more easily switch between them

Other updates across the Folio suite this week:
Buy: We've added support for Maximum Quality Foods and Testa Produce as Lightning Automations.
Bills: You may notice dramatic improvements to billing address transcription, management and matching, helping ensure you never miss an invoice at your property.
Pay: You can now choose which payment notifications you receive, so you get the updates you need without the inbox clutter.
Inventory: We're rolling out a faster, smoother inventory counting screen, so you can finish counting even faster than before.
