This week, check out the revamped Teams page, where you can see all active users and their roles in one place. This visibility makes setups even smoother and access rights more clear.

But wait, there's more! In addition to there being a spot to see your team, Property Admins can update these user permissions themselves. Previously, to make any changes they had to email our support team.

Now, with this new dashboard, Property Admins can manage user permissions more easily, so operations can move even faster.

Other exciting updates at Folio this week:

  • Inventory: We squashed bugs that could cause counts to appear incomplete or inaccurate, keeping your counts clean and actionable.

  • Buy: Your order's activity feeds now show who received an order, so teammates always know who handled what and any teammate can now retry or confirm held orders without waiting for others.

  • Bills: Editing a bill's property no longer bounces you to the other property, keeping users who process bills for multiple properties in the flow.

  • Pay: Virtual cards will now auto-close after settlement, keeping open cards at a minimum when processing payments.
